We have been with All Benefits Insurance Services, Inc. for over a year and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. Previously, we used ADP for our payroll and all of our benefits, however, the overall customer service that they provided to us was terrible. They would not process any of our applications, provide renewals in a timely fashion, respond to emails or inform us about any market changes. ADP is such a large company that they seem to not care about the “little guy.” Since we have moved to a smaller brokerage firm, we have received superior customer service which entails same day responses, the processing of forms immediately, yearly market analysis and our renewal 2 months early so we have time to make any decisions that we need. We recommend All Benefits Insurance Services, Inc to anyone who values good service.
